Hi, I’m AJ, former educator and spiritual girly who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. I spent years thinking I was the problem, until everything finally clicked. Meditation used to feel impossible for my scattered mind so I created a framework that doesn’t force stillness or silence. Instead, it meets your brain where it’s at. This course was born from lived experience, designed especially for women like me, but truly, it’s for anyone craving clarity, connection and a daily practice that actually works.
